DBM Consultants' Consumer Atlas is Australia's largest, ongoing survey program dedicated to financial services. It will provide subscribers with reliable and evidence-based insights, in order to retain existing customers, grow share of wallet and attract new customers.

To generate specific directions for improving customer satisfaction and net promoter score (NPS), Consumer Atlas sets out to measure diagnostic measures in detail on staff and personal banker performance, pricing, brand reputation, and channel performance – among other metrics.
